Paid Transportation 150$ per month

Internship duration: 450 hours

Internship schedule: from Monday to Friday (Minimum 3 days per week)

Minimum of 6 hours per day within 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM (Flexible time)

Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. shareQ has currently two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and ProAbled Social Kitchen (proabledsocialkitchen.com) 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in preparing documentation
• Take notes and prepare emails
• Schedule trainings and meetings
• Conduct research for Lebanon and internationally 
• Write and edit proposals 
• Assist the GM in different management tasks
• Provide support in the preparation of entrepreneurship studies and tools

Candidate qualifications: 

• Preferred to be a master’s student 
• University majors: Business Administration, Management, NGO management, Public Health or related field 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language 
• Good social spirit is a must
